Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10/14/2026

At Artiure.com, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our platform.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment details.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other analytical data.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze site traffic. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
  • Advertising measurement, only with your agreement: your device's advertising identifier, and what you do on Artiure (works you look at, add to your cart or save, checkouts you start, and the value of what you buy). See section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process transactions and provide customer support.
  • To personalize user experience and improve our website.
  • To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our site policies.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Advertising measurement with Meta

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and use Meta Platforms' tools to learn which of those ads bring people to Artiure: the Meta Pixel on this website, and the Meta SDK in the Artiure apps. They send Meta your device's advertising identifier and the activity listed in section 1, so that Meta can tell us when someone who saw an ad went on to install the app, look at a work or buy one, and show our ads to people likely to enjoy them. We do not give Meta your name, email address, phone number or payment details.

None of this happens unless you agree, and you can change your mind at any time:

  • On this website: the Pixel loads only if you accept marketing cookies, and you can withdraw that from the cookie settings.
  • In the Android app: we ask once. You can turn it off under Account, then Ad measurement.
  • In the iPhone and iPad app: Apple's tracking prompt asks, and nothing is sent unless you choose Allow. You can turn it off under Account in the app, or in iOS Settings, then Artiure, then Allow Tracking.

How Meta handles this information is set out in Meta's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

To close your account and have the personal data held against it deleted, see Delete Your Account.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
